We want providers who do new work. That includes:

• Stamped concrete patios and other decorative flatwork

Flatwork means flat concrete surfaces, like drives, walks, and slabs. If most of your work is repair, or you are one of the foundation repair experts who handles settling homes, our calls may not fit you. Our homeowners mostly want new work.

• Clear written quotes with prices in plain words
• Honest timing, with weather in mind
